NCB was established in 2001 by Naul Bodden, one of the most established and successful real estate developers in Cayman. The company’s goal was focused on not just building homes but on creating communities, ones that thrive and remain self sufficient long after the developer has moved on.
NCB has grown to cover 5 distinct service lines: Bancroft Design Group, NCB Homes, NCB Project Management, NCB Construction, and NCB Property Services. The NCB one stop shop approach to residential home building covers concept design, planning approvals, surveying, actual home construction, landscaping and connection of property to utility networks (power, water and sewerage).
NCB expands this basic package to also include client customization, with experienced in office personnel who can walk through each stage designing and coordinating every aspect from exterior to interior finishings.
This one stop shop service has established NCB today as the premier residential developer in the Cayman Islands. Our hands on approach from the conceptual plan and acquisition of raw land through to completion of infrastructure works and residence ensures the quality of all our communities is in keeping with the perceived style and special connectivity that forms the project vision.
Naul Bodden
Director
Mr. Bodden was born in the Cayman Islands in 1950 and attended elementary and high school there. He attended William Carey College in Hattiesburg, Miss. and obtained a Business and Accounting Degree with Honours in 1973. He obtained his Certified Public Accountant Certificate in 1978 and by doing so became the first Caymanian to possess this qualification. He became a Partner of Arthur Young in 1980 (which later became Ernst and Young) and remained a partner for 19 years before retiring from the firm in October 1999. Whilst at Ernst and Young, he was the Director of auditing and was responsible for the Bank and Trust sector, Mutual Fund sector and a significant number of consulting/corporate finance engagements.
He is currently a Director of Zolto Cooper (Cayman) Ltd, which specializes in insolvency, restructuring, and related corporate services. He is a shareholder and Director of a diverse number of local companies and is also one of the major property developers in Cayman and has developed projects totaling over $120 Million.
He is also currently a trustee of the National Recovery Fund, and a Director of the National Gallery. He was recently recognized as the outstanding Alumnus of the year by William Carey College and as one of the ten Pioneer Entrepreneurs that helped shape the Cayman Islands. He is a past President of the Cayman Islands Society of Professional Accountants, past Chairman of the Immigration Board and the Cayman Islands National Museum. He has been a guest speaker at International Conferences in the area of auditing and entrepreneurial services.
His hobbies include boating, fishing and playing golf.
Matthew Wight
Managing Director
Matthew has been the Managing Director of NCB Homes since 2008 and has worked in the renovation/development industry for the past 7 years in Cayman. Matthew, being born in Cayman has an established knowledge of the local industry and with schooling in both the US and England accompanied with worldwide travel, brings a global perspective to helping residential development excel throughout the Islands. “I am very excited being part of this exclusive development company. With an accredited team around me, we are able to offer a one-stop shop to better serve our clients’ needs and in addition able to offer some of the most competitive pricing island-wide. Alex McMaster
Client Account Executive
Alex McMaster has a B.A Degree from Great Britain and has lived and worked in America, the UK and now Grand Cayman. She has been with NCB Homes for over 7 years and handles material purchasing, designing of homes, client upgrades, and Management of the Cypress Pointe Community. Her experience working for NCB has been enjoyable and she currently lives in one of NCB’s developed communities
Shahida Seymour
Office Administrator
Shahida joined NCB in 2006 as our Office Administrator. She is currently obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Florida International University.

Cyrelle Martin
Accounts Assistance
Cyrelle joined the NCB Team as an Accounts Assistance. She attained her Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy at the University of the East, Manila,Philippines. She has five years accounting experience in Cayman.“I am proud and pleased to be part of NCB Team, working with highly motivated professionals, of which NCB give clients one of a kind service in the Island.”
Boyd May
Project Manager
Boyd joined NCB as a Project Manager in 2006 and brings 12 years of experience in numerous aspects of the construction industry. Boyd’s previous roles have included Superintendent and Foreman for several residential developments in the United States. Boyd has a BSBA from the University of Denver, in Colorado. “I am privileged to be working with such a professional and progressive developer as NCB Homes, which is positioned well to grow for many years to come.”
Bill Cherry
Construction Manager
Bill joined NCB homes in January 2009 as our Construction Manager. Bill brings over 30 years experience in Business Development, Property Development, Real Estate Sales & Construction Management in the US & abroad.
In the past 19 years Bill has specialized in Concrete Construction and Consulting using ICF ( Insulated Concrete Form ) in both Residential & Commercial buildings .
He has also worked with PCA ( Portland Cement Association ) & NAHB ( The National Association of Home Builders ) as a Contractor and a Consultant for their Convention Tour Homes. Bill states “I feel privileged to have been chosen as the Construction Manager for one of the most recognized and professional developers in Cayman .

Celecia Bancroft
Architect
Before becoming an integral part of the NCB team through Bancroft Design Group, Celecia worked on a number of NCB projects over the past nine years including Cypress Pointe at Crystal Harbour and Lakeside. She has over 19 years experience in the architectural and construction industry along with the added experience of working with a local structural engineering company and with the Cayman Islands Department of Planning.
A resident of Grand Cayman since birth, Celecia has watched the island develop for over 30 years. She attained her Bachelors degree in Architecture from Florida International University in 1997 and has since contributed to many of the developments throughout the islands including a number of multi residential projects, single family homes and commercial fit-outs.

Wayne Douglas
ICF Foreman
Wayne Douglas joined NCB Construction in February 2009 as our ICF Foreman. He has worked in the construction industry for the last twenty years both in Cayman and Jamaica and brings a large amount of knowledge about ICF Construction. “Whilst being part off the NCB team I hope to bring excellent workmanship, dedication, professionalism, and commitment and will continue to provide excellent quality to all our clients”
Omar Chambers
Accountant
Omar has worked in the various business sectors as an accountant for over 9 years. A graduate of the University of South Florida, in 2001, with a Bachelor of Science Degree and concentration in Business Management, Accounting and Finance. Omar attained his Certified Public Accountant qualification in 2006, and has developed his business processes and accounting knowledge through his work experience as an Accounting Officer with the Cayman Islands Government, Senior Accountant with Deloitte & Touché and working with several small companies as an external accounting consultant. Omar's experience includes business development, restructuring accounting systems and auditing Manufacturing and Financial Services companies. Throughout these various job roles and functions Omar has gained an unprecedented amount of experience and knowledge in business management and processes, which will play a major and dynamic role in the continued success of NCB.
Candice Bahadur
Project manager
Candice Bahadur has been a Project Manager with NCB Group since 2009. She ensures successful delivery of property and construction projects from concept through to hand-over. She holds a graduate degree in Architecture and Project Management from Ryerson University of Toronto, Canada and has 10 years working experience as a Project Manager in the Cayman Islands. Candice's commitment starts with working in close collaboration with our clients from a conceptual stage. This allows her to provide the best advice and be a flexible, cost efficient resource. Her areas of expertise are design technology, construction documentation and contract administration. Her versatile portfolio exhibits projects ranging in scale from simple to complex.
Alan Wight
Property Manager
Alan joined the NCB Group in 2010 starting up the NCB Property Services department. Alan is a member of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA), he studied with IFMA to gain his Facility Management Professional certification. Before joining the NCB Group Alan worked for over 3 years in the Cayman Islands commercial property market managing some of the islands Class A buildings which he continues to manage now under the NCB portfolio. At NCB Alan has expanded his property portfolio to include not only commercial properties but also residential/strata’s. Alan was educated in England however was born and raised in Cayman and has a good understanding of the local market. “Joining NCB has been an exciting experience as the Group is so diversified, from project management, construction, real estate, design and architecture, the group is equipped to handle any and all property needs and I am happy I can bring my services to add to this already strong team.”
